Silver Needle –This tea is of large buds, with a little fuzz and is handpicked from tea bushes in the Fujian province.
(Rock) Oolong – Big Red Robe Park, the Wuyi mountains in the Fujian province is where oolong enthusiasts go to secure this tea.
It is partially oxidized, with an underlying hint of chocolate and cinnamon, contributing to a complex aftertaste.
